Founder David Bond previously co-founded Search and Selection practice Cairns Bond, which established an unsurpassed reputation for professional (and meaningful) client service. David is the ICAEW Director for Scotland, heading a small team, supporting c2,000 Chartered Accountants in Scotland. He is also Vice Chair at Melville Housing Association, where he has been a Board member since 2016.
